At Welland & Glen Home Care Ltd, our staff have worked together as a team for a number of years, meaning they are all familiar with the way each other works. We take great pride in, and put extensive effort into, recruiting the best home care staff available. Each member of our team receives a thorough induction; regular, ongoing training; and a comprehensive manual to reinforce best practice. Our registered manager is also a qualified NVQ assessor, meaning they have a great insight into how to maintain the highest working standards.
Getting to Know You
A senior member of our team will visit you prior to our service starting to assess your needs and ask what you would like us to do for you. Once the service begins, we will keep in contact with you throughout, and a senior member of our team will visit you regularly to make sure you are happy with our services.
